Senior Capacity Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capacity Strategist to oversee the booking of our outsourcing subcontractors' capacity needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of demand forecasting and supply chain management, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive monthly S&OP exercise with OSATs for assigned product portfolio, book capacity and material requirements
- Coordinate Control Tower reviews with groups (Demand & Availability Alignment calls)
- Work with Technical and quality teams for new equipment ramps
- Collaborate with Regional Operation Teams to synchronize Demand with Daily Execution
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma with equivalent experience in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Advanced Excel, Database (MS Access) and Big Data analysis
- Technical knowledge on Semicon Packaging & Test
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Drive, able to work under tight deadlines, accountable and consistent in problem solving
- Team Player with good negotiations skills
- Good with numbers, attention to detail and meticulous
