This is a challenging opportunity to join AIA Singapore Private Limited as a Portfolio Management, Analyst/Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and quality management information to support the overall business strategy and operational goals of the Corporate Solutions division.
The role holder will liaise with internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, Finance, Actuarial, and Group Office, as well as external stakeholders, such as intermediaries, reinsurers, industry associations, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Reporting (50%): Ensure timely and accurate submission of management reports, including internal reports for decision-making by local and group management, and regulatory and industry reports submitted to MAS/LIA.
Tableau Dashboards (20%): Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide quality management information to support business monitoring, decision-making, and business strategy.
Reinsurance Management and Administration (15%): Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports for reinsurance and pool administration, including preparing regulatory and industry reports to internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the review, negotiation, and analysis of reinsurance treaties. Support the review of treaty documentation and ensure adherence to Group guidelines.
Others (15%): Other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to meet overall business strategic, financial, and operational goals.
