Job Title: Workplace Safety Professional

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Workplace Safety Professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees across all areas of the company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and regulations. They must be able to analyze complex situations, evaluate risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Oversee and identify safety risks in all areas of the organization.
  • Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review, develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and other requirements.
  • Provide advice and support to management on EHS matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or related field.
  • Effective leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Workplace Safety & Health industry.
