Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our sub-contractor agreements, ensuring timely and quality project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in managing sub-contracts for large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of sub-contractor agreements, aligning them with project goals and ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget, and timeline.
  • Monitor sub-contractor performance, including progress reports, quality of work, and contractual obligations.
  • Implement effective cost control measures, identifying and managing contract variations or claims.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage risk, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing sub-contractors in large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects.
  • Proven track record in managing sub-contracts for projects, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
