Key Responsibilities:
  • Review electrical engineering drawings and identify areas requiring changes or improvements.
  • Assign tasks and manage work schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with leadmen to review electrical drawings and ensure quality control measures are in place.
  • Maintain high-quality fabrication standards to ensure employee proficiency and competence.
  • Recruit, train, monitor, and terminate employees as required.
  • Develop effective strategies for employee development and performance improvement.
  • Plan and schedule electrical shop personnel to meet project demands.
  • Prepare and implement work and equipment usage schedules.
