Programme Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end programme operations, as well as marketing and outreach efforts.
- Manage relationships with programme partners and work with them to resolve issues raised by stakeholders.
- Manage course funding, setup and operations from enquiries to enrolment.
About the Role:
The Assistant Manager will report to the Senior Manager and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the programme. This includes managing partnerships, developing marketing strategies and working closely with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and develop existing partnerships with programme providers.
- To identify new partnership opportunities and develop proposals to present to senior management.
- To develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the programme.
- To work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the programme.
