Senior Technology Strategist

The organization seeks an experienced leader to spearhead its technology strategy, driving the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software applications. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of these systems to support business operations, finance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage strategic thinking to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership for enterprise software planning, selection, implementation, and optimization, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Partner with senior management to identify technology opportunities that improve operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of enterprise systems, including ERP, property management, finance, HR, and CRM solutions.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
  • Establish IT governance, policies, and best practices for software usage, data integrity, and system security.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as data protection and financial reporting standards.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for enterprise software and related services.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for enterprise applications, business analysts, and system administrators.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure technology meets business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with 10+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in enterprise software management is required, as well as knowledge of the real estate/property industry and related enterprise platforms.
