Job Opportunity: Corporate Senior Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Corporate Senior Associate, handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for listed and private entities. As part of our team, you will assist managers to manage portfolio of clients under a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Secretarial Services: Provide comprehensive support in corporate secretarial services including company incorporation, maintenance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Management: Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including coordination of meetings, preparation of reports and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: SAICSA qualified or university or polytechnic candidates, currently pursuing SAICSA course.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial services.
  • Languages: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
