Job Title: Financial Operations Leader
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Leader to oversee the full spectrum of finance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee financial operations, including AP, AR, GL, reporting, and ensure accuracy and efficiency within the team.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with corporate secretariat and external auditors to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore tax, audit, and statutory requirements.
- Drive process improvements and cost control initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA/CA).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and operations, preferably within manufacturing.
- Hands-on leadership experience in managing daily financial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in ERP and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
