Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with leadership teams to design, deliver, and manage organizational development programs, communications, and initiatives that engage, grow, and retain talents and foster a great place to work for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive aligned strategy and direction in collaboration with leaders and cross-functional groups.
  • Translate strategies into practical solutions, processes, and policies that reflect the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Build program infrastructure, project scope, goals, deliverables, timeline, and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Determine success indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Partner with other strategic offices and functional groups to develop multi-year strategies for staffing, onboarding, mentoring, and career development.
  • Foster relationships with network and site organizations to standardize best practices across the network.
Talent Development
  • Develop holistic and structural talent development plans for the Frontend organization.
  • Foster teamwork and trust to achieve best-in-class results.
  • Embrace diversity, equality, and inclusion for all.
  • Engage team members from all levels to drive best talent and ideas.
  • Identify and develop potential successors for long-term sustainability.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership at or above P4 position or equivalent expertise.
  • Excellent communicator with senior leaders, cross-functional business partners, and team members.
  • Strong skills in decision-making, prioritization, and negotiation.
  • Strong teamwork, organizational development, and talent development skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
