Backend Software Engineer - Technical Growth and Innovation

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow and contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work on small to moderately complex features, collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn how to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of at least one programming language (Java or Go preferred) and familiarity with databases, REST APIs or other backend fundamentals through coursework or projects. They should also be able to follow team standards, adapt based on feedback and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and improve technical skills.

As you progress in your career, you will gain experience working with APIs, databases and tools like Kafka, Redis or Git. You will be expected to deliver features with minimal bugs and follow development best practices. Understanding basic technical design and identifying simple requirement gaps or contradictions is also essential.

Requirements:
