Job Title: HVAC Engineering Leader

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Engineering Manager to lead our product development team in creating innovative solutions for the cleanroom industry. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and HVAC or cleanroom product development. You should be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with excellent technical and communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to travel when required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead new product development and enhance existing HVAC and cleanroom products.
  • Conduct testing, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage product certification processes (e.g., ISO, safety standards).
  • Maintain and uphold ISO 9001 certification requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise to the sales team and customers.
  • Assist production in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity.
  • Oversee the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and individual employee growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with HVAC or cleanroom experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel when required.

Benefits:

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 16 Days of Annual leave.
