Job Description

As a Technical Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales teams and customers with technical knowledge and product expertise.

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team to provide accurate product information and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, providing them with expert technical advice and guidance.
  • Assist in executing business strategies and sales plans developed by the management team, focusing on driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates on product portfolio to the Product Manager, ensuring alignment of regional initiatives with global strategies and objectives.
  • Support on-site activities as required, attending site visits and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is mandatory, along with relevant technical certifications being advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product application, technical sales support, or inventory coordination is preferred, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
  • Solid knowledge of gasket and sealing products, including specifications, applications, and troubleshooting, is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in inventory data management, demand forecasting, and business planning, with experience in ERP systems such as SAP B1, is highly desirable.
