We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our kitchen team in Singapore. This role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences through live-fire grilling, precise execution, and refined plating standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute dishes from your station to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality at every step.
  • Operate and manage the open-fire grill with precision, safety, and efficiency, maintaining proper heat control and adhering to food hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and seamless service flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor mise en place and stock levels, communicating needs for replenishment or ordering to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Support junior kitchen staff with guidance, quality control, and mentorship, promoting a positive kitchen culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef in a fine dining or upscale culinary setting, preferably in Singapore.
  • Experience in working with open-fire or charcoal grilling, demonstrating expertise in cooking techniques and presentation.
  • Passionate about flavor, technique, and high-level presentation, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
