Claims Platform Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Drive the end-to-end implementation of a claims platform, focusing on Provider Management, Claims processing, and Fraud, Waste & Abuse detection. Ensure scalability across markets by developing and maintaining the platform's architecture.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to align platform features with customer needs and delivery timelines.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in health or life insurance, with at least 5 years focused on platform implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Provider Lifecycle Management, Contracting and Tariffs, Claims processing, and FWA detection techniques.
  • Proven experience leading discovery and design workshops, particularly in APAC markets.
  • Familiarity with policy administration systems, integration platforms, and rules-based engines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional, multi-country environments.
