Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through various channels.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment. This includes handling customer inquiries via email and phone, managing stock reservations and delivery scheduling, and coordinating with vendors for deal approvals and rebate programs.

In addition to providing top-notch customer service, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and resellers. You will educate them on tools and processes for seamless transactions and support process improvements as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
