Job Summary: As a Temp Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and go-live of National Billing System (NBS) within our organization. This role involves performing various test activities with the User Analyst team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Admission / SOC Visits: Ensure accurate creation of Business Entity (BE) for Electronic Document (ED) and SOC attendances, as well as verify eFC functionality and Admission Deposit posting via Cash Desk.
  • File Charges: Test same-day charges computation and accuracy using Bill Sentry, while also reviewing Drop charges for completeness.
  • Inflight Monitoring: Verify accuracy of Deposit Monitoring report, payor, and schemes proposal, including top-up deposit posting and eFC function for Re-FC.
  • Discharge / End of SOC: Perform Below-the-line (BTL) check to ensure bill tagging with relevant schemes, such as PMI/MedisheildLife, Medisave, Staff Benefits, MCPS, Medifund, FAS, NUHS Fund, MAF, MAF+, SMF, etc.
  • Closed Bill / Batch Bill Job: Monitor timeliness of bill closure, FICO posting, bill pending verification, and batch bill job run time and completeness.
  • Claim Submission: Verify timeliness of claim submission and monitor claim batch, as well as investigate claim return with error and FICO AR posting.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A background in billing or related field is highly desirable.
