Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to fill the role of Equipment Scheduling Coordinator. This position involves coordinating and scheduling equipment for outdoor broadcasting trucks and flypacks.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Schedule equipment efficiently to maximize utilization and revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain updated schedules to ensure all departments remain aligned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a cross-functional environment managing time-critical services dependent on equipment delivery.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in broadcast television and logistics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Proficiency in workflow management and scheduling software.
