Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Excellence Ambassador to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality standards, and promoting upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Assist with orders by guiding customers through menu options, recommending products based on preferences and dietary restrictions, and helping with self-order kiosks and mobile QR ordering.
    • Promote upselling opportunities by introducing new menu items and chef recommendations.
  • Customer Feedback:
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback on new items and offer samples to gauge interest.
    • Address customer concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly and escalating to the manager if necessary.
    • Maintain high Google Review and online delivery ratings to meet KPI targets.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure order accuracy by confirming orders, checking presentation and portioning, and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in queue management by monitoring and directing guests efficiently to reduce wait times.
    • Perform regular food tasting checks to uphold high food preparation and presentation standards.
  • Operational Support:
    • Work collaboratively with outlet staff to maintain efficient operations.
    • Organize and manage delivered stock to maintain a tidy environment.
    • Check product availability on self-order kiosks and Mobile QR to ensure seamless customer experience.
    • Guide customers through QR ordering and provide assistance as needed.
    • Maintain cleanliness of counters, customer seating, and high-touch points like self-ordering kiosks and POS machines.
