Job Title: Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Purchasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for purchasing, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Purchase Orders to vendors, check stock, availability, and lead-time.
  • Check supplier invoices to ensure all items are invoiced accurately.
  • Manage inventory levels, placing orders to replenish stock when necessary.
  • Update and monitor supplier purchase breakdowns with suppliers.
  • Update on purchase reports, pending lists, incoming lists.
  • Maintain price-lists of different vendors.
  • C Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on business needs.
  • Negotiate purchasing agreements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'O' level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Procurement or related fields.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a given set of territory and accounts.
  • Familiarity with office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel...)
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin are preferable.
  • Familiarity with Navision system would be an advantage.
