Claims Management Professional

We are seeking experienced claims management specialists to join our team.

  • Accurately and efficiently process claims, validate applications, and manage LOG issuance to meet operational and service level agreement targets.
  • Regularly review current claims processes and collaborate with stakeholders on developing new and improved processes to enhance efficiency and overall claims experience.
  • Manage escalations and stakeholder relationships.
  • Promote change and provide ongoing training and development for effective claims management.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to verify exceptions and resolve complaints.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong technical understanding of the claims process, preferably in a managed healthcare environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for driving process improvement.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
