Job Title: Collections Specialist
Key Responsibilities:The role of the Collections Specialist is to effectively manage and resolve customer claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, intermediaries, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to correspondences and deliver effective phone support to customers, coordinating with support staff on reserve provision and registration requirements.
- Review claim files, set reserves, and monitor recoveries.
- Administer motor claims from registration to settlement.
- Proactively share claims feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Perform user testing for new products and system enhancements.
- Participate in claims efficiency improvement projects.
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance related
- Prior 1-3 years of relevant claims experiences is ideal
