About this role:

This position oversees the entire kitchen operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and maintaining exceptional standards. The ideal candidate will be an expert in culinary management, with a strong focus on presentation, taste, and quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the kitchen.
  • Prepare hot and cold dishes according to specified requirements, meeting deadlines and executing requests promptly.
  • Assist in planning and developing menus and recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and nutritional information.
  • Supervise, train, and develop staff members to ensure consistency in work performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure quality control and presentation of all prepared foods, adhering to sanitation regulations.
  • Properly handle and store all food items, including inventory management, and report any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen operations.
  • Participate in cleaning duties and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certification (WSQ) and preferably with Food Hygiene Audit Certificate (WSQ).
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in a senior culinary role.
