About This Role

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Legal - Managed Investments, Mutual Funds, and Insurance. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in issues relating to the distribution of various families of funds. The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of laws and practices, including SFA and FAA, and will be able to advise the business on Citi Managed Investments (discretionary accounts) and Mutual Funds and other related matters.

  • This role involves managing day-to-day legal activities, serving as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility, and providing senior advisory services to business partners.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven analytical and organizational skills, consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication, and possess a bar license in good standing to practice law.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have a Bachelor's/University degree in Law and a Master's degree preferred.
