Job Title: Workplace Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Power Platform. They will also have experience with endpoint management and security, identity and access management, and ITSM automation and integration.

In this role, you will lead technical delivery of projects, develop and deploy automation solutions using PowerShell and Power Apps, and conduct technical training and handovers to support teams across locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions that meet business requirements">
  • Leading technical delivery of projects involving MDM (Workspace One), identity integrations (Okta), and endpoint security">
  • Developing and deploying automation solutions using PowerShell and Power Apps to optimize IT operations and reduce manual effort">
  • Conducting technical training and handovers to support teams across locations">
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and enforce security policies, retention strategies, and governance frameworks">
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry">

Certifications preferred but not required: MS-700 – Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate, MS-720 – Microsoft Certified Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate, SC-300 – Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Administrator, MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
