Job Overview

This role involves analyzing business needs and transforming them into technical solutions using Avaloq object models and workflows.

  • Map requirements to Avaloq programming skills, including scripting & parameterization.
  • Develop expertise in Avaloq workflow actions, DDIC (data dictionary), report writer, and Avaloq Messaging Interface (AMI / Web Services / API setups).
  • Set up rules for costs and accounting.
  • Utilize SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
Skill Requirements
  • A thorough understanding of Avaloq modules, including STEX, Security events/transactions, Settlements, Payments, Incoming Payment and Money Transfer.
  • Knowledge of wealth management business principles, specifically Cash EQ, AQDQ, Structured Products, Fixed Income product setups like Bonds and Funds.
  • Experience with SWIFT setups and Corporate Actions.
  • Able to set up advice/statements.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certification as an ACP is a valuable asset.
  • Able to collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers.
  • Skills to troubleshoot issues related to Avaloq batch jobs.
