About This Role
\Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to infants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as an Infant Care Specialist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our youngest students.
The Infant Care Specialist will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. This includes feeding, bathing, clothing, and diaper changing, as well as observing and evaluating infant progress.
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's activities and progress. Effective communication is crucial in this position, as well as being a positive team player who is committed to delivering exceptional care.
Job Requirements:
- Early Years Development Framework (EYDF), Certificate in Infants and Toddler Care and Development (CIT), WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- Positive working attitude and good team player and loves children

Key Responsibilities

- Provide routine care and attending to the needs of infants, including feeding, bathing, clothing, and diaper changing.
- Evaluation of infants such as observe infant's performance, behaviour, social developments and physical health
- Arrange a range of activities that encompass diverse learning experiences such as reading, singing, and interactive sessions.
- Communication with parents on school's activities and progress of infants
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and the wider centre environment.
