We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Infant Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- To plan and deliver a developmental-appropriate program for infants, incorporating age-appropriate activities and materials that cater to their individual needs and interests.
- To create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and well-being of infants, including the preparation of teaching aids and learning resources.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that infants feel secure and supported, providing them with a sense of belonging and community.
- To prioritize the health, hygiene, safety, and growth needs of infants, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and attention.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), or its equivalent, such as Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development with Early Years Development Framework (CITC+EYDF).
- A willingness to work in an infant-care environment with infants, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs and developmental stages.
- Experience in caring for infants is preferred but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
