Senior Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end automation strategies across various industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain accurate documentation
  • Align and train technicians on relevant topics and best practices
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through automation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • 3-6 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions, particularly in medical devices, electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor environments
  • Proficient in industrial equipment and systems, including robotic assembly, warehouse operations, SMT manufacturing processes, and box-build assembly
  • Skilled in preventive maintenance, tool/mold management, calibration, and debugging/troubleshooting equipment
  • Experience with design-for-manufacturing, FMEA, DOE, Statistical Process Control, and PLC/SCADA systems
  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and World Class Manufacturing principles
