Our team is looking for an experienced engineer to be in our technical ladder career path who enjoy working on project that is related to automation transformation to improve efficiency in factory or manufacturing plant setting.

In your new role you will:

- Team up with multi
- disciplinary teams to **drive automation projects **completion to **meet strategic objectives**:

- Collaborate with **cross functional teams to understand requirements **and **translate them into technical specifications**:

- Responsible for participating **in FAT and interface testing **to ensure **implemented solution meets regulatory requirements **and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- **Identify opportunities for automation optimization **and **efficiency improvements**:

- Drive **continuous improvement initiatives **to enhance **automation capabilities, efficiency **and **cost effectiveness**:

- **Utilize advanced machine learning **techniques to **enhance decision making **and execution capabilities of the robots, thus optimizing the overall intelligence of the system
- **Monitor and optimize navigation **of **autonomous robots **and **path algorithms **to achieve maximum efficiency

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Bachelor’s/Master Degree **in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with more than **5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry**:

- Strong **grasp of Python, Perl, C++, HTML, Linux, SQL and Tableau **skills preferred
- Good knowledge in **factory automation and Industry 4.0 requirements will have an added advantage**:

- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and project management experience
- **Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills **with desire to initiate improvements
