Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and execute technical activities to provide services directly and indirectly to Nokia internal and external customers.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems under standard conditions and in common and less usual situations.
  • Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and integration work of Nokia Products covering 3G/4G & 5G technologies.
  • Provide RAN solutioning and OSS KPI monitoring and report review and submission progress.
  • Prepare weekly reports and provide data fill.
Requirements:
  • Works typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level.
  • Supports all trial/new project activity in the latest SW/HW release in the testbed/life environment.
  • Prepares parameter settings for feature testing and special projects.
  • Coordinates customer and configuration teams for CR implementation.
  • Supports technical issues related to KPI analysis.
