Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned DeltaV system engineer to assume a pivotal role in our organization.

  • Design, implement and deliver high-performance DeltaV application systems at client sites.
  • Develop automation solutions that align with S88 standards for the plant's operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of applications adhere to technical design and requirements.
  • Deliver System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables in accordance with site-specific standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive plans for system modifications, encompassing system architecture, specifications, control strategies, sequence of operations across all stages.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.
  • Proven expertise in Emerson DeltaV DCS systems and DeltaV Batch systems is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and commissioning DeltaV DCS projects for GMP manufacturing sites is required.
  • Technical proficiency in controls systems, including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems.
  • Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conduct thorough system testing, including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
