Financial Stability Specialist

About the Role
  • Maintain accurate and timely payment records for vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare management reports and aging reports from the accounting system for senior management.
  • Manage Fixed Assets register and depreciation schedules.
  • Submit GST reports quarterly.
  • Update daily bank balance and perform bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with suppliers, administrators, and auditors on a regular basis.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office and has experience using accounting software. A diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
