Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance specialist to support the development and implementation of quality systems, ensuring product quality and reliability.

 

  • Develop and improve quality management systems, including documentation creation, review, and communication.
  • Promote awareness of quality standards and best practices across departments.
  • Support internal and external audits and follow-up actions to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Assist in documentation preparation, review, and control to support audit readiness and maintain quality system integrity.
  • Coordinate and close quality issues, ensuring appropriate containment and corrective actions are taken.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for in-process, in-house, and customer-returned quality issues.
  • Support the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Oversee daily inspection and testing activities to ensure parts and assemblies meet defined specifications and standards.
  • Develop, implement, and train inspection standards and procedures.
  • Participate in initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in quality auditing, quality assurance, or similar roles within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar certification is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
