Job Description:

FSA Holdings is seeking an experienced coach to deliver high-quality coaching services to members of all ages and skill levels.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in padel and tennis instruction, with a focus on developing fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • \
  • Deliver structured tennis and padel lessons for children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels\
  • Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands\
  • Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship\
  • Provide player feedback and monitor progress\
\
Programme & Event Support:
  • \
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of camps, social play sessions, leagues, and tournaments\
  • Promote both sports within the community to drive participation and engagement\
  • Support the development of performance players in both tennis and padel\
\
Requirements:
  • \
  • Tennis Coaching Qualification: Minimum ITF Level 1 or equivalent\
  • Padel Coaching Qualification: Certification from a recognized body (e.g. FIP, PadelMBA), or demonstrable experience in padel instruction\
  • Past touring pro experience will be advantageous\
  • Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED\
  • Proven coaching experience with children and adults\
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude\
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during club events\
