Job Description:

FSA Holdings Pte Ltd seeks an experienced coach to deliver high-quality coaching services to members of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in padel and tennis instruction, with a focus on developing fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured tennis and padel lessons for children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels
  • Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands
  • Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship
  • Provide player feedback and monitor progress
Programme & Event Support:
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of camps, social play sessions, leagues, and tournaments
  • Promote both sports within the community to drive participation and engagement
  • Support the development of performance players in both tennis and padel
Requirements:
  • Tennis Coaching Qualification: Minimum ITF Level 1 or equivalent
  • Padel Coaching Qualification: Certification from a recognized body (e.g. FIP, PadelMBA), or demonstrable experience in padel instruction
  • Past touring pro experience will be advantageous
  • Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED
  • Proven coaching experience with children and adults
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during club events
