Key Responsibilities:- Process adoption applications and prepare related documentation, including court forms and statutory reports.
- Conduct thorough social investigations, including home visits and interviews with prospective adopters, birth parents, and other relevant parties.
- Support administrative duties, such as data entry and affidavit formatting, to ensure seamless case management.
- Liaise with sector professionals, contribute to case discussions, and maintain open communication channels to facilitate successful placements.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline, with Social Sciences preferred, but not essential.
- At least 3 months of relevant experience in social work, child welfare, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Emotional resilience and adaptability to work effectively in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in administrative work, including data entry, document formatting, and case management software.
