Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement new ERP systems, providing user training and support.
  • Develop specifications, design documents, and test cases to ensure effective system deployment.
  • Identify opportunities for process innovation, validating via proof-of-concepts and pilots.
  • Migrate data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Perform functional testing and support UAT to guarantee solutions meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and support daily operations, customizing systems for new requirements.
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in Dynamics BC implementation & support is essential.
  • Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to draft professional reports and documentation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to continuous learning.
