ERP Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned ERP sales professional to join our team. As an integral part of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
  • Understand client business processes and pain points to recommend suitable ERP modules and solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and RFP responses professionally and accurately.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and follow up on qualified leads.
  • Update and manage CRM systems with sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years sales experience, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of ERP systems (finance, supply chain, HR, CRM).
  • Skill in solution/consultative selling and full sales cycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to generate leads, prospect, and build client relationships.
  • Self-motivation, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • A willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings.
