IT Consulting Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT consulting projects in the banking industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT consulting projects for clients within the banking sector
  • Plan and promote IT initiatives within bank departments
  • Oversee system development projects, including core banking rollouts
  • Define and implement processes and governance frameworks for IT departments based on best practices
  • Support IT investment planning and cost management initiatives
  • Leverage automation tools to improve IT operational efficiency
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, and IT-related roles
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership, team management, and business development or sales experience (required for Manager-level candidates)
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional mindset with high ownership and accountability
  • Prior experience working in a bank's IT department is highly desirable
