Job Title: Second Life Specialist I Full-Time
">">This role involves managing the flow of second-life products throughout our stores, ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating value by optimizing stock management and driving commercial momentum.
">The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. You will be expected to work closely with various departments to ensure smooth stock flow and maintain high standards in processing returns and refurbishment.

">Responsibilities:
">- Manage Second Life Stock Flow, ensuring efficient and satisfying omnichannel solutions
- Drive commercial momentum by maximizing omnichannel customer satisfaction
- Maintain zero write-downs and lowest shrinkage, aligned with country targets
- Ensure in-store stock accuracy and availability, optimizing stock lifecycle
Requirements:
">- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IT tools such as Cirkle, Square, and Tableau
- Passionate about circularity and sustainability
