Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute engaging social media strategies and brand campaigns to grow brand presence and engagement across digital channels.
- Develop visually appealing content aligned with our marketing calendar.
- Analyse market and competitor trends to inform brand positioning and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise ongoing marketing efforts.
- Support administrative tasks and provide on-ground support for marketing activities and events.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Media or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good design sense and proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/marketing tools (Canva, Adobe etc.).
The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
