We are seeking a skilled and experienced R&D Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, developing new products, and analyzing competition samples.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct laboratory experiments for new products, raw material substitution, testing substrates, and analyzing competition samples as requested by technical specialists or customers.">
  • Develop and introduce hotmelt and PSHMA products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.">
  • Coordinate with supporting functions such as planning, production, and quality to ensure seamless execution of projects.">
  • Assist in pilot plant scale-up and collaborate with customers across various market segments to develop highly specified solutions.">
  • Work closely with the Sr. Scientist to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's mission to connect what matters.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, materials science) or equivalent experience.">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a research and development role.">
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory practices, including safety protocols and instrumentation.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.">
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Familiarity with statistical process control and data analysis tools.">
