Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Precision Grinding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating grinding and surface grinding machines to meet high-precision specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate grinding and surface grinding machines to achieve precise results.
  • Perform milling and grinding tasks for mold-making and plastic injection inserts with attention to detail.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately to ensure correct machine setup.
  • Use surface grinding machines to produce high-quality finishes that meet or exceed specifications.
  • Ensure manufacturing tasks are completed on schedule and inspect finished pieces before the next process to prevent delays.
  • Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Inspect workpieces for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
  • Improve machining efficiency to boost productivity and reduce costs through process optimization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.
Requirements

Precision Grinding Specialists must possess strong preventive maintenance skills, as well as proficiency in drilling, troubleshooting, drawing, ARM assembly, machining, compliance, grinding, manufacturing, and technical support. Experience in these areas is highly valued and encouraged applicants to apply.
