The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the planning and coordination of filming locations and schedules.
- Writing and refining scripts as needed to support video production.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Lead the development of engaging video content, including real estate market research, promotional videos, and event highlights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.
- Video Production: Oversee the planning and coordination of filming locations and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Scriptwriting: Write and refine scripts as needed to support video production, working closely with creative teams to bring vision to life.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in video production and content creation, with expertise in software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
