We are seeking a creative and talented Video Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging video content for sales, clients, new business, and internal marketing needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, a clean and sophisticated visual style, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns across sales, marketing, and HR initiatives.
- Manage video projects with minimal direction, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with business objectives.
- Edit and adapt video content for multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Create short-form and long-form video content (e.g., reels, explainer videos, promotional campaigns, corporate stories).
- Support with static graphics where needed to complement video deliverables.
- Confident in using AI design and video tools, including Midjourney, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and digital storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related video-editing software (plus advantage if experienced with AI tools).
- A clean and sophisticated visual style with a solid understanding of digital best practices.
