As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch service, working well under pressure, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking orders from guests and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and drinks is a critical aspect of the role
  • Serving food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner requires strong communication skills
  • Attending to guests' needs throughout their dining experience involves active listening and empathy
  • Assisting in table clearing, resetting, and turnover requires attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Collaborating with kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth operations is essential for delivering a positive guest experience
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and feedback requires effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Supporting any ad-hoc tasks or side duties as assigned by supervisors demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
Requirements:
  • Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays is a must
  • We offer a 5.5 days work week schedule for our Service Crew members
  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
