Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dining Ambassador to deliver exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of operations excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide warm hospitality and ensure that all guest needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare Beverages and Food Garnishes: Prepare beverages and food garnishes accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and presentation quality.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clear dirty dishes and glasses promptly, clean tables thoroughly after guest meals, and maintain a spotless dining area at all times.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Warmly greet guests, present menus, and effectively communicate daily specials to create an engaging and personalized experience.
  • Answer guest questions about menu items with confidence and accuracy, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of our offerings.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, paying close attention to details and preferences.
  • Financial & Administrative Support:
  • Perform cashiering duties and/or closing procedures as instructed by management, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and maintaining financial integrity.
  • Generate reports from the Point of Sale (POS) system on daily meal types served, providing valuable insights for future planning and improvement.
