Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders on HR matters, including manpower planning, performance discussions, and staff issues in a shared services environment.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
- Handle work pass-related matters, such as application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver, and appeal.
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, and staff welfare.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Process employees' requests and provide relevant information.
- Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a Diploma in any discipline and 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B or service industry. The ideal candidate should have great written and oral communication skills and be meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.

- Payroll processing and verification of incentives and overtime (OT)
- Manpower planning
- Administration
- Human Resource management
- Employee relations
Apart from these technical skills, we require an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
