Job Description

Drive Brand Growth

  • Key Responsibilities:

The Junior Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand growth by developing and executing trade marketing strategies and sales plans. This involves collaborating with the Sales team to align brand strategies with channel opportunities, ensuring strong execution and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Boost Brand Visibility: Drive sales growth through effective trade promotions and activation plans.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment of brand strategies with channel opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage inventory flow with the purchasing team to prevent out-of-stocks and ensure continuous sales performance.
  • Prepare, track, and analyze monthly brand and sales performance reports to highlight results and ROI on campaigns.

A successful candidate will have experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG/consumer goods, as well as knowledge of retail and trade channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.

Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is essential. Additionally, 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG/consumer goods is necessary.
